Zola offers FedEx, USPS, or UPS shipping within the lower 48 states. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Expedited Shipping:
For orders shipping via FedEx or UPS, expedited shipping options may be available. If expedited shipping is available for your order, the available options, along with applicable shipping charges, will be displayed at checkout.

— All other Zola products are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS.
Shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Territories:
— We offer shipping of standard items to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. territories.
— We do not ship freight orders to these locations.
International Shipping:
— Zola ships non-freight items internationally.
— Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
— Please anticipate longer shipping times for international orders.
Freight Shipping Delivery Time:
Freight shipping of large orders typically takes 10-25 days for delivery.
Receiving Freight Deliveries:
— An adult aged 18 or older must be present to receive all freight deliveries.
— You may be required to assist the driver with unloading.
— Thoroughly inspect your entire order before signing for delivery. The driver should wait for your confirmation of the product's condition before departure.
— If any damage is found upon inspection, refuse the shipment, and mark "Refused due to damage in transit" on the bill of lading.
Tracking Your Order:
— You will receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor your order's status.
— Please allow several days for order tracking to become available.
